Development

Begin. Build.
Contribute. Lead.

Development at Genesis Group is not a certificate track. It’s a sequence of capabilities you demonstrate in front of real customers, with coaching at every stage. Progression depends on performance and readiness — it isn’t promised or scheduled.

  1. Stage 01

    Begin

Learn the fundamentals of customer interaction, communication, sales, and professional execution. Product knowledge, how a conversation actually opens, how to handle a real objection.

    • Daily training
    • Shadowing
    • Customer-facing activity from week one
  2. Stage 02

    Build

Develop confidence through coaching, feedback, repetition, and experience. This is the stage where habits become skill because someone is telling you precisely what to adjust.

    • One-to-one coaching
    • Goal setting
    • Performance conversations
  3. Stage 03

    Contribute

Take greater responsibility for customers, campaigns, team objectives, and client representation — including how accurately the brand is presented in the field.

    • Campaign responsibility
    • Account familiarity
    • Supporting newer team members
  4. Stage 04

    Lead

Develop the ability to coach others, communicate expectations, solve problems, and contribute to team performance.

    • Coaching others
    • Team communication
    • Problem solving under real conditions

Being straight about it

What the work actually is.

Entry-level roles at Genesis Group are customer-facing sales roles. That means direct sales, in-person conversation, retail and field environments, campaign activity, performance expectations, coaching, training, teamwork, and goal setting.

We describe it plainly because the skills you build depend on doing that work — not on a job title. We don’t guarantee income, promotions, or career outcomes, and we don’t describe a sales role as something else.
