Your First Job in Business Does Not Have to Be Your Plan

You do not need a ten-year career map. You need a first role that teaches transferable skill.

Career beginnings sound far more deliberate in retrospect than they feel at the time. Most people discover what they are good at by doing work and getting honest feedback about it.

That is why we place so many early-career candidates into sales, customer service, retail, and telecom roles, and into business internships. These roles build the skills that move with you: communication, resilience, judgment under pressure, and the ability to hold a conversation with a stranger who is not yet convinced.

Our job is to be straight with you about what the role involves before you accept it. Hours, expectations, commission structure where it applies, and what progression actually depends on.

We do not guarantee outcomes, promotions, or income. We do tell you what we know about the employer, prepare you properly for the interview, and give you feedback either way.

There is no wrong starting point. There is only a starting point you chose with accurate information.
